Project

 The Solution Engineer in this position will collaborate closely with colleagues in DevOps, the Head of IT, and stakeholders throughout the company to offer technical guidance on the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all Azure-related products and services. The role involves designing and implementing a scalable data platform to support data-driven decision-making. The engineer will develop and optimize data pipelines, storage solutions, and integrate machine learning capabilities. Additionally, the person in this position will be responsible for building a roadmap for the future of our Azure Data platform, including the integration of Azure Machine Learning.

Duration: 3 months contract with a flexibility for part-time or shared role possible

Worktype: remote for candidates located in Poland

Required competencies:

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform (including: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cosmos DB);
• Several years of commercial experience working with Microsoft Azure platform;
• Thorough understanding of ETL processes;
• Written and spoken English on a minimum B2 level.

It is an advantage if you have:

• One or more relevant certifications such as DP-203, DP-600, DP-700, DP-100.
• Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Azure Databricks and Apache Spark
• Great at time management in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality output.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Good communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment with diverse cultures.
