We are currently looking for a motivated and highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join a dynamic project for our customer – a Danish manufacturer of branded toys. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Denmark. We are specifically looking for candidates located in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices.

  • Design and build Workspaces using UI Builder to support enhanced user experience.

  • Write and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts to automate workflows and enforce business logic.

  • Enhance and manage the Employee Service Portal, ensuring it is responsive, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.

  • Write efficient, reliable, and reusable code tailored to client-specific needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams in an Agile environment.

    Required Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and customization principles.

  • Hands-on experience in developing Workspaces using UI Builder.

  • Proven proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code following platform standards.

  • Demonstrated track record in managing and enhancing the Employee Service Portal.
